Ok food very nice staff

A good Chinese restaurant that serves fairly standard fare. Can get lunch almost all day. Good value and nice variety of food. A smart stop when in Baker, Oregon.

My "crispy" food was raw and mush, after complaining all I got was a shrug. Will not be returning for that waste of money.

There food is amazing! It has done well, the past few times we have been in! Very pleased.

Terrible customer service and they will not refund awful food. Will not stop here again. They were skimpy on the rice and the chickenAnd then they made me feel awful for paying with cash and change for half the meal. They also told my children to behave and be quite. Not a child friendly location, and the customer service is rude.

I have dined here many times and have enjoyed the nice clean dining area as well as the great verity of great tasting food, and appetizers they have to offer

After receiving my meal and trying a few bites the noodles were not cooked right. They were crunchy like uncooked ramen noodles. So I set it aside and waited for the waiter. 15 mins later she asked if everything was okay I told her no and she got mad and said they work to hard to waste good food so I have pay for it. No I'm sorry or anything.Never going back.

Not a bad place if your running out of options. Service was slow. I ordered an ice tea that came out ice water with a hint of tea. Food was average.

Food wasn't bad, service was terrible. Waitress complained about having to go back to the kitchen a second time when we asked for another sauce (we were the only table in the restaurant), and when we complimented the food her response was "of course we have good food" with an attitude. If I got it again I would order to go and spare myself the bad attitude

We ate there on Father's day. Did not get the food we order missing two of the meat. When I asked said there was a piece in it there was not ask the server very rude charged me the full amount told me everyone entitled to a bad day. If so why did he not offer a refund. Told me I was very rude. Which I did not raise my voice until he told me that. I will let everyone i talk to about the place. And tell them the service is Golen Crown better price and better service

If I could rate it less than one star I would for sure!! Customer service was terrible! Asked a question about if the shrimp was cleaned because it was very clear that it was not deveined & got "I don't know what to tell you sir" & was even more terrible after that. When going to pay, even though I didn't want to, I was confronted with even more rudeness (crossed arms & silence, all over shrimp) the manager came out & was no better at customer service, she said they couldn't clean the shrimp & they weren't there to please everyone. The rest of the food was disgusting! We left $50.00 of food on the table! Will definitely never be back! And I definitely don't recommend it to anyone else either!!

Very good food and service.

Maybe putting the food in a Safeway bag was a sign this place is running on thin margins. Chicken was scant in the chicken fried rice. Accents, like some egg or onion, were non-existent. At least change the fry oil once in awhile. My favorite was the ill-tempered lady telling us we had to pay for the cheap chopsticks that are free everywhere else. If you're going to close down, just do it. Please don't torture the customers any longer.

Food was great. Service was great. The table was sticky, so were the tea cups. After all the covid you'd think it would be spotless. Oh well.

Soo... I loved the atmosphere, and was very comfortable here. However, I don't believe I'll be trying this place again. The kid who was playing all roles on the front end was quick and polite, but it was obvious he either hasn't been doing this very long or doesn't want to be here, I'm thinking both. This is something I'll always forgive. It didn't do anything to worsen my experience and I understand that that's only one employee. I won't give up on seeing if I want to give my money to a business because of one below average experience.However, when I find three of my four simple favorite dishes of American Chinese food are questionable, I'm officially disappointed. The Chow Mein was sweet, oddly, the Egf Flour Soup was nearly half celery, and the gravy on the Egg Foo Young tasted like really bad premix gravy.Oh, and the prices are good, if you decide you like their food. As always at a place with mixed reviews, consider trying for yourself.

Food was terrible, the food was all cold and the $40 my family paid was not worth it at all.

Food was good. Help not so nice. The server was very hostle in her answer to us and told us we were rude for asking if there was public wifi. We are from the west side of Oregon where most every eatery had public wifi and the cities have public wifi.
